Descripción

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's human resources operations, policies, and procedures. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals, fosters a positive workplace culture, and supports employee engagement, development, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a variety of HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management:

HR Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Identify workforce needs and create plans to recruit, develop, and retain talent.

Policy Development:

  • Design, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.

Culture and Engagement:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and address workplace concerns proactively.

Employee Relations:

Conflict Resolution:

  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Mediate disputes and foster open communication between employees and management.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace issues, including harassment and discrimination claims.
  • Ensure proper and timely dissemination of Information or updates with accordance to Company Policies and Code of Ethics.

Compensation and Benefits:

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Evaluate and manage employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Develop salary structures and conduct market analysis to maintain competitive salary packages.

Performance Management and Training:

Performance Evaluations:

  • Oversee the performance review process and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support managers in addressing performance-related issues.

Learning and Development:

  • Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Coordinate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
