Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner (Manager) located in Parañaque. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. Daily tasks include guiding management on HR-related issues, developing and implementing HR initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.


Qualifications

  • HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management skills
  • Expertise in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in Performance Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Immediately available to join
