Descripción

• Serve as main point of contact and manage relationship with stakeholder group and key individuals.

• Resolve any escalated issues and risks promptly.

• Support implementation of all engagement, recognition, CSR and Diversity & Inclusion programs (including company Employees Engagement Survey, townhalls, focus group discussions, communication forums).

• Facilitate employee engagement and people programs by coaching line stakeholders on their responsibilities and deliverables. Support Manager and Supervisor development.

• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding professionally and efficiently and able to analyze attrition trends.

• Involved in end to end process of recruitment, especially for niche technical profiles.

• Assist in executing company talent development programs.

• Deliver New Joiner Orientation.

• Support the implementation of company performance management system.

• Be involved with Company in executing Group training programs.

• Engage with stakeholders in analyzing and identifying training needs for employees.

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and deliver the training calendar.

• Align HR strategies to organizational strategies.

• Maintain and be accountable for all HR processes impacting employee lifecycle such as onboarding, discipline and grievance, leave management, offboarding management, policies, career transitions management, performance management etc. 

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, and stakeholder management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, resolve employee issues, oversee payroll and benefits, and ensure effective communication across departments.
  • Working Conditions: Typically an office setting with standard working hours; may require some flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
