Accurate encoding of Vacation Leave and Sick Leave availed of members and ensure that they receive copies together with their available credit returned immediately.
Ensure that all leave forms are properly tagged and filed accordingly.
Ensure that payhold forms of resigned/separated members are executed on time.
Accurate encoding /enrollment at Ledger+ of newly hired members.
Review and check all generated DTRs/Logsheets of members at every cut-off and ensure that it is processed and submitted to CF Payroll on time.
Ensure that the monthly summary of tardiness and AWOL report.
and other administrative tasks to be assigned

Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
Good written and oral communication.
must be resourceful, innovative, a team player, and can work with minimal supervision.
willing to do field work from time to time.
Willing to be assigned at Santa Cruz, Manila.
