Descripción

1)    Supervises and ensures a seamless recruitment-to-onboarding processes

2)    Monitors the safeguarding, update of 201 files and the optimization of all employee data

3)    Supervises timekeeping-to-payroll-compute process and ensures accuracy of employee roster and information as basis for payroll

4)    Facilitates employee discipline process that is consistent with fair corporate policies and procedures and/or Philippine Labor Laws

5)    Provides support in the implementation of Performance Management programs, specifically on Performance Evaluation, Competency Assessment / Training Needs Analysis, and conduct of training programs

6)    Ensures regular preparation of HR Reports as basis for recommendation of action plans and decision-making

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles. Including Supervisory.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Employee Relations, Payroll, Coaching, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective people management abilities.
