Description:

  • Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.

  • Post job vacancies on internal and external job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for technical and final interviews.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and update candidate 201 files.

  • Support onboarding activities and orientation for new hires.

  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding activities.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelors/College degree in Psychology. Human Resource Management or equivalent.

  • Experience with recruitment staff is an advantage but not required.

  • Willing to be assigned at FPIP, Sto. Tomas Batangas

  • Can start as soon as possible.
