Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mandaluyong for an HR Specialist (Payroll) at J&T Cargo Philippines Inc. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management expertise
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
