Descripción

RECRUITMENT

  • To actively attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. To continuously seek and maintain a good platform for job advertisement. Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
  • Identify future hiring needs by collaborating with Department Managers to compile and update list of requirements. 
  • Review and download qualified applications from databases of different job portals. Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to determine progress of the application.
  • Conduct initial process of recruitment by validating details on the application form and other attached relevant documents. Conducts interview and assess applicant’s knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open position.
  • Administer written examinations and arrange trade testing of applicants. Validate test results and conduct background checking thru submitted references.
  • To ensure complete paperwork for new hire and organize a smooth on-boarding process.
  • Conducts training for new hire employee.
  • Coordinates internship agreements and monitor interns while at the company premises. 
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Assists on facilitating recruitment reports.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned as deemed necessary.


ADMINISTRATION

  • Assists on maintaining employee records (attendance, 201 files, etc ) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Assists on hiring and onboarding requirements of new employees, IDs, Clearance, SSS,PHIC,HDMF, TIN and others.
  • Assists on timekeeping process.
  • Assists on accommodating employee concerns.
  • Assists on preparing and coordinating CA and ATD for Cash advances and others
  • Assists on coordinating with admin-related concerns.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned as deemed necessary.


*Salary/Remuneration will be discussed further during hiring process*

Requisito

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in the same capacity
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling of interviews and onboarding processes
  • Know-how of online job posting
  • Updated with the current pay structure in the same industry and localities
  • Preferably living within the vicinity or amenable to work in Valenzuela or relocate prior to onboarding.
