Position: HR Generalist – Business Partner (Hybrid Work Set Up)

Work Schedule: Dayshift/Midshift

Work Set Up: Hybrid Set Up (3x onsite)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • With at least 4-5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist in a BPO Company
  • Willing to work on a Dayshift/Midshift
  • Amenable to work Hybrid Set Up in McKinley, Taguig
  • Can start as soon as possible


Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and implement engagement initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
  • Drive retention strategies through analysis of attrition, workforce trends, and employee feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and client requirements.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including attrition, absenteeism, and engagement, providing actionable insights.
  • Support organizational changes, process transitions, and client onboarding initiatives.
  • Advise managers on people-related and performance-related matters.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
