  • Administer and process employee compensation, payroll, and benefits programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
  • Assist in employee queries regarding pay, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., government agencies, insurance providers, vendors).
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, documentation, correspondence, and office coordination.
  • Provide assistance to HR and management in implementing policies and other related tasks.


Qualifications

  1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or related field.
  2. Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR Compensation and Benefits or Administrative roles , Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  3. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Working Conditions: Office environment; standard work hours with potential for overtime.
  5. Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
