Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
  • Administrative proficiency: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication for interacting with employees and management.
  • Computer literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word), and email platforms.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Time management: Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Team collaboration: Supporting HR managers and working with other departments.


Experience:

  • 0–1 year of experience in administrative or HR support.
  • Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Internships or part-time roles in HR departments can be valuable stepping stones.


HR Admin Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update warehouse employees’ records including attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.       
  • Assist in deployment and endorsement of new staff at the Warehouse.
  • Support timekeeping and payroll by monitoring attendance and overtime records of warehouse staff.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management such as headcount, absenteeism, and employee movement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and health & safety standards in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with warehouse supervisors regarding employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement activities and training programs for warehouse staff.
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, document preparation, and communication with other departments.
  • Handle employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related concerns.
  • Process the Billing to all Clients
  • Duty as Warehouse Coordinator twice a week.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
