Position: HR Assistant – Payroll

Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: Subic, Zambales

Salary: Negotiable

Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Dayshift)

Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or any business-related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Knowledgeable in payroll software and timekeeping systems.
  • Willing to work fully on-site.
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible.


Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
  • Maintain and update employee information in payroll systems.
  • Monitor, verify, and validate employee attendance records to ensure precise compensation.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of payroll data and use HR software to maintain accurate payroll records and processes.
