Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Post job vacancies across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Arrange interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
  • Prepare required documentation for newly hired employees.
  • Coordinate and deliver initial orientation sessions for new staff.


Employee Records and Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR information systems.
  • Ensure personnel records remain accurate, complete, and confidential.
  • Monitor and record employee attendance, leaves, and absences.


HR Administration

  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, certificates, and notices.
  • Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Help plan and organize HR-related events, trainings, and engagement activities.


Payroll and Benefits Support

  • Assist in gathering and verifying payroll information, including attendance and timekeeping data.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
  • Coordinate with finance or payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.


Compliance and Reporting

  • Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc HR reports.
  • Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation.
