Position: HR Officer – Labor and Employee Relations

Industry: Construction Company

Location: Makati

Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Setup: On-site

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder

At least 1-2 years of experience in Employee Relations

Amenable to work on site in Makati

Amenable to attend face to face interview

Can start as soon as possible


Key Responsibilities:

In charge of consolidating updates to the company's rules, regulations, and policies.

Handles the daily administrative tasks in Employee

Relations and HR duties of an organization.

Assisting the HR manager in handling employee violations and concerns.

Planning and implementing programs and processes to improve employee welfare.

Managing employee records in Employee Relations
