Position: HR Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At Least 1 years of in HR and administrative experience
  • Experience working for a PEZA recognized company is an advantage
  • Can start as soon as possible
  • Willing to work in Calamba Laguna


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the HR Manager with recruitment, compensation administration, and policy development
  • Organizing orientation sessions and training programs for newly hired employees
  • Acting as a primary contact for staff, ensuring smooth communication and prompt responses to their questions
  • Coordinating and managing the HR department’s schedule
  • Making sure the organization adheres to labor and employment regulations
  • Performing additional administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned
