Descripción

The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering core and strategic HR services to client organizations. The role requires hands-on execution of HR audits, policy development, employee engagement programs, recruitment support, and learning and development initiatives, aligned with company service packages. The ideal candidate is both compliance-savvy and people-oriented, capable of advising clients while executing with precision.


  • Conduct HR compliance audits using DOLE standards (DO 183-17)
  • Prepare audit reports and compliance action plans
  • Assist in client documentation: contracts, 201 files, government forms (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Draft and customize employee handbooks, internal policies, and HR forms
  • Support in policy roll-out and employee orientation for clients
  • Conduct training needs assessments (TNA)
  • Develop and execute soft skills and compliance-related training
  • Support in job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
  • Collaborate with clients on hiring requirements and scorecard tools
  • Monitor and manage timekeeping, leave, and benefits tracking
  • Prepare payroll summaries, clearances, and employee documents for clients
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for outsourced clients
  • Regularly communicate with clients to gather HR data and provide updates
  • Prepare weekly reports on client projects and compliance status
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions








Requisito

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferably with civil service eligibility or equivalent HR certifications (not required but a plus)


Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 2 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in an HR services or consulting firm
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance (DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)
  • Experience in policy writing, recruitment coordination, and training facilitation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
  • Highly organized, client-focused, and deadline-oriented
  • Willing to do fieldwork or client visits (mostly within Metro Manila)
