Descripción

  • Coordinates with HR Manager in terms of recruitment and processing in pertinent to documents relative to hiring.
  • Efficient conducting of orientation to the new hires.
  • Responsible in the monitoring of the employees under the probationary period.
  • Responsible in the efficient timekeeping monitoring.
  • Responsible in the efficient facilitation of exiting employee’s employment clearance and exit interviews.
  • Responsible in the efficient maintenance of the 201 Files of the employees.
  • Maintaining of updated database of employees.
  • Prepare necessary documents pertinent to employee movement internal or government documents.
  • Coordinates with HR Manager in properly handling complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Assist HR Manager in implementing the rules and regularization of the company.
  • Assist HR Manager in planning any Employee Engagement Matter.


Requisito

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resources.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
  • Familiarity with resume databases.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skill.
  • Strong communications skills.
