Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, pre-employment requirements, and orientation schedules.


Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee 201 files.
  • Process employment-related documents such as contracts, memoranda, NTEs, clearances, and certificates.


Timekeeping, Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and resolve payroll-related concerns.
  • Process and monitor statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).


Employee Relations

  • Address employee inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
  • Assist in disciplinary procedures, investigations, and administrative hearings.
  • Conduct employee counseling when necessary.


Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and DOLE regulations.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.


Performance Management Support

  • Assist in performance evaluation, regularization, and contract renewal processes.
  • Monitor probationary employees and evaluation timelines.


Training & Development

  • Assist in training needs analysis and employee development activities.
  • Facilitate orientations and HR-related trainings.


HR Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and disciplinary records.
  • Update management on HR metrics and concerns.


Offboarding & Clearance

  • Process resignations, final pay, exit interviews, and employee clearances.
  • Ensure proper turnover of company property.


Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external agencies.
  • Coordinate with clients or departments regarding manpower and HR concerns.


Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend improvements in HR processes and systems.
  • Support audits, inspections, and HR initiatives.
