Descripción

In-charge of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing up to onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, leave balances)
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Handling disciplinary actions and terminations.
Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and setting performance goals.
Assisting with payroll, salary negotiations, and administering employee benefits programs
Developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.

Requisito

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years work experience as HR Generalist preferably within the construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Thorough understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations, as well as best practices in human resources management
Can handle DOLE/NLRC cases
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable in Payroll and all facets of HR
Can start ASAP
