Descripción

Participate on all recruitment activities.
In charge of the end to end process of recruitment.
Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes
Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update database
Maintain and organize hard and soft copies of employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
Communicate with public services when needed
Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees’ safety
Oversee employee labor and HR federal laws and regulations to assure compliance
Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relations
Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data

Requisito

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With relative or related work experience in the same field.
Good communication and coordination skills
Can work under minimum supervision
Willingness to be trained and handle different facets of Human Resources.
