Descripción

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, screening, and conducting candidate interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Regularly review and revise company policies to maintain compliance with labor regulations and applicable laws.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and support the timely execution of scheduled performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee grievances by following due process in accordance with labor standards, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
  • Manage and update employee records and other HR-related documentation.
  • Provide support in manual payroll preparation and the administration of employee benefits.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in HR Information Systems (HRIS), compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with a collaborative environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset in addressing HR matters.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Demonstrated experience in managing employee grievances, ensuring adherence to due process, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with labor laws.
