The HR Officer will support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and administrative tasks. This role ensures HR policies and processes are followed and assists in fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and files
• Handle employee queries and concerns professionally
• Monitor Daily Time Records (DTR) and support payroll processing
• Assist in implementation of HR policies and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate employee evaluations and trainings
• Organize HR documents, memos, and reports
• Support HR-led events and compliance initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of HR experience is preferred (fresh grads with internship experience may apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
