Qualifications:

  •  Candidate preferably possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology or relevant Degree/Certifications.
  • With relevant experience in employee relations, compensation and benefits, on-boarding, trainings, and performance evaluation.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, HRIS tools, and email systems).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes is an advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Can manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, employee on-boarding, and off-boarding.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee relations concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development programs, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain employee records, databases, and reports using basic IT tools or HR information systems.
  • Support compliance with labor laws, overseas recruitment regulations, and company policies.
  • Contribute to overall Human Resource process improvements and employee engagement initiatives.
