Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and provide progress reports as needed.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support HR compliance by maintaining knowledge of labor laws and standards, and ensuring company practices are aligned.
Assist with general HR administrative tasks and employee relations, as needed.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related course
Atleast 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or general HR work
Preferably with background in construction, engineering or manufacturing industries
Experienced in hiring both staff and skilled workers (e.g welders, fitters, helpers)
Knowledgeable in sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
Familiar with labor standards and documentation requirements (e.g 201 files, contracts, pre-employment)
Excellent communication and coordination skills - can work with different departments and project heads
Organized, fast-paced and proactive in handling recruitment pipelines and deployment schedules
Willing to work on-site full-time at our Head Office in Pulilan, Bulacan
Must be comfortable visiting project sites occasionally when required
