• Post job openings, screen applications, and schedule interviews
• Assist in on-boarding new employers and off-boarding separated employees.
• Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee 201 files
• Build partnerships with schools (technical and vocational) across the region to ensures sufficient supply of manpower.
• Prepares timekeeping and coordinates to Foco-Sisco every cut off period and submit to payroll officer for processing.
• Responsible for enrolling new employees in ATM payroll and closing accounts upon resignation; assist employees with related concerns.
• Prepare PO for cleaning materials and office supplies.
• Assist in preparing clearance documents for separated employees from both Maec and M7.
• Facilitates orientation for On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs), reviews and verifies the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) submitted by partner schools, assigns trainees to appropriate branches, and provides assistance on related concerns throughout the OJT engagement including the issuance of OJT Certificates upon completion of required training hours.

• Issuance and safekeeping of the administrative forms such as:
• Transmittal Form
• Leave Form
• CCTV request Form
• Over Time Form
• Trip Ticket Form
