Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage payroll processes using Sprout HRIS, including data entry, timesheet validation, and payroll computation.
  • Prepare and process tax annualization to ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of government-mandated reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Support other HR functions as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.


Requisito

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll processing.
  • Proven experience using Sprout HRIS.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine tax annualization processes and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
