Descripción

Developing and implementing effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, including overseeing job postings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
Facilitating employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career advancement opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
Addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees, and fostering a positive work environment through open communication.

Requisito

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
with solid experience in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
Detail-oriented, organized, and highly discreet in handling confidential information
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can function well under pressure
Trustworthy, professional, and with a positive work attitude
