Descripción

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven HR Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Human Resources Department. This role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and HR compliance, while supervising the HR team to ensure efficient execution of all HR functions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the company.

Employee Relations

  • Address and mediate employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Foster a positive and professional workplace culture through effective employee engagement strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll and government-mandated benefits accurately and on time.
  • Recommend improvements to salary structures, allowances, and benefits programs.

Performance Management

  • Supervise the performance appraisal process and coach managers in providing constructive feedback.
  • Support career development plans and employee growth initiatives.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to company HR policies and Philippine labor regulations.
  • Assist in the review and update of HR policies to reflect organizational needs and compliance standards.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Oversee the preparation of HR-related reports and required documentation.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to support management decisions.

Staff Supervision

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise junior HR staff to ensure team efficiency and high performance.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or officer role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts, make sound decisions, and handle confidential matters with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and HR databases.
