Descripción

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (housekeeping, F&B, engineering, etc.).
  • Ensure proper onboarding, orientation, and training of employees.
  • Maintain employee files, attendance, and payroll records.
  • Administer benefits, government compliance, and labor law requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support employee engagement programs and performance management.
  • Assist in monitoring daily hotel operations to ensure service standards are met.
  • Coordinate with department heads (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.) for staffing and operational requirements.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HR and/or hotel operations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and hotel operations procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Flexible schedule; willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
