Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Supervisor who can effectively oversee HR functions of the company. The role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support HR activities across various company units.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and discipline.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance to staff and ensure a professional, productive work environment.
• Coordinate with management on organizational needs and manpower planning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar HR leadership role.
• Background in payroll management is required.
• Strong personality, professional demeanor, and good decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple companies under one corporate structure.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Monday to Saturday.

Salary range: The salary for the position is initially set at PHP 25,000 to PHP 30,000, subject to review based on performance, qualifications, and company policy.
