Key Responsibilities

・Oversight of HR and General Affairs Operations

・Recruitment and hiring

・Performance evaluations and promotion management

・Handling warnings and disciplinary actions

・Contract management (including insurance, etc.)

・Planning and organizing company events

・Labor Environment and Policy Management

・Revising and updating the Employee Handbook/Labor Manual to ensure a proper work environment

・Improving internal HR processes, workflows, and documentation

・Team Leadership & Operations

・Leading the team as a future manager candidate

・Supporting local staff and managing daily business operations

・Supervising and guiding attendance/time-keeping management

・coordination and Support

・Liaising with and supporting Japanese expatriates

・Coordinating with and supporting other departments

Requirements / Qualifications

・Experience in Human Resources (HR) operations

・Strong communication skills

・Strong sense of responsibility and leadership

・Flexibility and adaptability

・Japanese level N2
