Descripción
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in HR management or a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
