Descripción

  • Handles staff recruitment and selection process. Assists in the preparation of job description, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Sees to it that all manpower requests are covered with duly approved Manpower Requisition forms.
  • Assists Immediate Superior develop training and development programs. Assists in the design, execution and actual facilitation of the training session. Conduct training programs through in-house programs or by liaising with third party trainors.
  • Assists in developing HR performance programs in building employee competencies and to promote and improve employee effectiveness at work.
  • Conducts employee performance appraisal. Recommends to immediate head programs for continuing employee development.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Requisito

  • Graduate of Behavioral Science (i.e. Psychology)
  • With at least 4- 5 years HR experience and preferably 1-2 years in supervisory capacity or at least 3-4 years in senior capacity handling HR functions in a manufacturing company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • With good workplace culture development skills
  • Knowledgeable of the Labor Laws and occupational Safety and Health Standards
  • With good understanding of the food industry’s standards on Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, HALAL, FSSC V6 standards and requirements
