Descripción

1. Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process for all restaurant staff positions.

2 Collaborates with the hiring managers to ensure suitability of applicants.

3. Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

4. Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure proper documentation in compliance with labor regulations.

5. Manage employee relations, address workplace issues, and ensure a healthy, respectful, and compliant work environment.

6. Implement and oversee disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution processes.

7. Monitor staff performance, support performance evaluations, and provide coaching as needed.

8. Promote employee engagement and organize staff development activities.

Requisito

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3-years of HR experience preferably in a restaurant industry.

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll practices, and HR compliance requirements.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proven ability to manage conflict and resolve employee relations issues.

6. Ability to assess employee performance with the knowledge, skills and ability based on the approved KPI.

7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in a fast-paced work environment.
