Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant HR experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, talent management, compensation, benefits, and leadership development.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee HR operations, implement policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may require occasional travel for recruitment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
