Descripción

The Human Resource Manager / Supervisor oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures align with company goals while fostering a productive and positive work environment.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.


Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.


Performance Management & Training

  • Develop performance evaluation systems and ensure timely appraisals.
  • Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers.


Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and leave policies.


Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Update and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Handle disciplinary actions according to company guidelines.


HR Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.


Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience in employee engagement and change management.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
