The HR Business Partner oversees human resources operations of the business unit ensuring alignment with the organization’s business goals and objectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Works with Management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity.

• Promotes the reduction of human resources cost in the projects through rigorous budget allocation and consumption.

• Understands the business, contribute to business plans and strategic partner to achieve the goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related degrees

• With 5 years work experience in HR Analytics and Operations

• Working location: Ortigas, Pasig, 100% on-site
