  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in performance management and evaluation processes.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, recruiting, presentation, coaching, and written communication skills; effective people management; organizational development; training and development knowledge.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the recruitment process, support training initiatives, manage employee records, and contribute to organizational development.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a passion for human resources.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • CHRA holder is a plus point!
