  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, support onboarding, and ensure compliance.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; some remote work may be possible.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
