Qualifications:

⦁ At least High School Graduate

⦁ At least with 1 year experience in Housekeeping and Messenger works

⦁ With valid driver license and own motorcycle service

⦁ Must be willing to work on extended hours.

⦁ Must be trainable and can work less supervision.

The Housekeeping / Motorized Messenger provides essential support to operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment while also handling motorized messenger duties such as document delivery, item transport, and other logistical errands. This dual-role position requires reliability, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain operational flow.

Housekeeping Duties

⦁ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office areas, warehouses, restrooms, and common spaces.

⦁ Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.

⦁ Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors.

⦁ Ensure cleaning supplies and materials are properly stocked and stored.

⦁ Comply with company safety protocols and hygiene standards.

Motorized Messenger Duties

⦁ Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and small packages to and from clients, suppliers, and company branches using a company motorcycle.

⦁ Ensure timely, safe, and secure delivery of items following assigned routes or schedules.

⦁ Coordinate with dispatch teams for daily tasks and route planning.

⦁ Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition and report any issues immediately.

⦁ Uphold company confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

⦁ Work may include exposure to operations.

⦁ Requires physical activities such as walking, lifting, bending, and operating a motorcycle for extended periods.

• Certificate of Employment (from previous job), Training Certificate (NC2)
