Job Title: Hotel Online Revenue Officer


Job Description:

As a Hotel Online Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize online revenue and optimize occupancy rates. Your role will involve managing online distribution channels, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth through dynamic pricing and promotions.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Revenue Management:

  • Develop and execute online revenue strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns.
  • Adjust pricing strategies and inventory allocations to optimize revenue and occupancy.

2. Online Distribution:

  • Manage online distribution channels, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and direct booking platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided on all online channels.
  • Optimize channel performance through strategic partnerships and effective use of technology.

3. Data Analysis:

  • Use data analytics tools to track performance metrics, such as booking pace, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Prepare regular reports on online revenue performance and provide actionable insights.

4. Pricing and Promotions:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with market demand and business objectives.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive bookings and increase revenue.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and front office teams to align revenue strategies with overall hotel goals.
  • Provide training and support to staff on revenue management practices and tools.

6. Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a seamless booking experience for guests across all online platforms.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to online reservations or channel performance.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably within the hotel industry.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and online booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the Philippine hotel market and local trends.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies and promotional tactics in the hospitality industry.

Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is a plus.


Pay: Php 30,000 per month
