- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Maintain hotel standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets for the hotel.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in English.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires flexibility in hours, including nights and weekends.
