Descripción
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
- Manage online, telephone, and in-person room reservations.
- Check guests in and out, issuing room keys.
- Provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Resolve guest complaints, elevating to management when required.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a minimum of a Diploma degree, preferably in hospitality or related fields.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience is required, preferably in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer relationship management, superior customer service skills, and effective communication abilities are key.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and providing exemplary service at all times.
- Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy hotel environment.
- Qualities and Traits: We're looking for individuals with a friendly demeanor, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
