Descripción
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients or clients seeking healthcare services or information.
- Explain insurance coverage, benefits, billing procedures, and treatment options in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals to specialists or other services.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations or referrals.
Requisito
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (healthcare account preferred but not required).
- High school diploma , College Undergraduate, College graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written.
