Descripción

Ensure compliance with local and national health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards.
Develop, implement, and regularly update EHS policies, procedures, and protocols.
Provide training, orientation, and support to employees on health and safety best practices.
Lead incident and accident investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records, logs, permits, and reports as required by law and company policy.
Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness across all departments.
Coordinate and lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT) including drills and preparedness programs.
Design and conduct health and wellness programs and related trainings for employees.
Serve as the point of contact for external regulatory agencies and inspections.

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Nursing, or related field.
Licensed nurse applicants are welcome, provided they are knowledgeable in administering first aid and emergency response.
Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., BOSH, COSH) is a strong advantage.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOLE regulations, and relevant safety and environmental laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize trainings, and respond effectively in emergencies.
