We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic TSD Manager to lead our Technical Services Department. The role focuses on overseeing technical operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, supporting new product development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in technical services, quality assurance, or R&D management within a food manufacturing environment and is adept at coordinating across multiple departments to achieve operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Technical Services Department, including planning, organizing, and supervising technical staff.
  • Oversee food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in all production areas.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain technical standards, SOPs, and quality systems in alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Support new product development (NPD) and process improvement initiatives in coordination with R&D and Production teams.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety management systems.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to production teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality and safety procedures.
  • Investigate product or process deviations and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and audits of suppliers, raw materials, and finished products.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and certifications.
  • Prepare and analyze technical reports, performance data, and recommendations for management review.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and local and international standards.
  • Proven experience in technical services, quality assurance, or R&D management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP or quality management systems.
