Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of progressive experience in a culinary leadership role and asian cuisine
Skills and Competencies: Excellent quality control, operations management, inventory and cost management, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, ensure quality and consistency in food preparation.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and occasional late hours.
Qualities and Traits: Strong team player with a robust work ethic, passionate about Asian cuisine, and dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
