Design new hardware products for wireless design for residential and commercial applications.
Lead project planning to identify critical path(s) and provide direction to mitigate risk.
To perform tests and experiments as needed to support or confirm the design with written report. For both the new product design and legacy product failure analysis.
Reviews product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company procedures, safety, and other agency requirements.
Perform product verification & validation test such as electrical performance, thermal, EMC and DVT to ensure product meet specification before delivered to internal/external customer.
Bill of materials (BOM) creation and documentation.
Breadboard and prototype samples making and debugging.
Provide technical support to factory on design related issue.
Coaching and guidance to engineers and technicians in evaluation and design.
There will be some travelling required in conjunction with customer and manufacturing support as well as outside training.
Provides technical direction to the team.
