About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Operations to own and elevate our brand's presence across key digital channels. This role focuses on driving organic growth, engagement, and brand awareness through strategic content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships. You'll play a key role in maintaining consistent brand storytelling while sourcing and negotiating with KOLs and partners to amplify our reach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute daily/weekly content strategies for X including ideation, copywriting, scheduling, and posting engaging tweets, threads, polls, and visual content to boost interaction and follower growth.
Create, edit, and publish simple, high-quality articles (e.g., thought leadership pieces, guides, updates) on Medium to build authority, drive traffic, and support SEO efforts.
Maintain and grow our YouTube channel by planning video content ideas, ensuring uploads align with brand guidelines, optimizing titles/descriptions/tags, and monitoring performance to improve discoverability and viewer retention.
Uphold brand consistency across all platforms, including tone of voice, visual style, messaging, and core values in every piece of content and partnership.
Source, research, and identify relevant KOLs, influencers, and potential partners aligned with our target audience and brand niche.
Handle outreach, negotiations, and contract discussions with KOLs and collaborators — including rates, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and performance expectations — to secure cost-effective, high-impact partnerships.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: brief creators, review content for brand alignment, track deliverables, and measure ROI through engagement, reach, conversions, and other KPIs.
Monitor social media trends, audience feedback, and platform analytics (X Analytics, Medium stats, YouTube Studio) to optimize performance, report insights, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team on cross-channel campaigns and ensure all social efforts support overall business goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably including X, Medium, and YouTube.
Proven track record of creating viral/engaging content on X and writing/publishing articles on Medium (portfolio or links required).
Solid understanding of YouTube best practices, including SEO, thumbnails, end screens, community posts, and audience growth tactics.
Experience sourcing and working with KOLs/influencers: from identification and outreach to negotiation and campaign management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with creators and partners.
Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to adapt tone for different platforms while preserving brand voice.
Familiarity with social media analytics dashboards, and basic content creation software (Figma, Lark, Google Docs, etc.).
Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing metrics and using insights to inform strategy.
Creative, proactive, and organized — able to manage multiple channels and deadlines independently.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in [specific industry, e.g., tech, crypto – customize if applicable].
Knowledge of additional platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) or emerging trends.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Previous success negotiating paid partnerships or affiliate deals.
