We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist passionate about blockchain innovation and Web3 ecosystems. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven marketing expertise with deep understanding of decentralized communities, token growth strategies, and user acquisition across both on-chain and off-chain channels.

This role plays a key part in driving user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness through integrated digital marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute multi-channel user growth campaigns, including X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, and Web3 communities.
• Optimize acquisition funnels across organic, paid, and partnership channels.
• Implement A/B testing, conversion tracking, and KPI reporting to maximize ROI.
• Manage growth experiments—from referral programs, quest platforms (Galxe, Zealy, Layer3), to incentive-based marketing.

2. Community & Ecosystem Growth

• Drive community expansion via social engagement, ambassador programs, and content seeding.
• Work closely with BD and product teams to align campaigns with project milestones, token launches, and ecosystem events.
• Coordinate community AMAs, influencer partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives with exchanges or Web3 media.

3. Content & Brand Growth

• Develop and execute content calendars, including thought-leadership articles, newsletters, and on-chain narratives.
• Oversee creative production for short videos, campaign visuals, and motion graphics.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.

4. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance, identify growth drivers, and report actionable insights weekly.
• Leverage Google Analytics, Dune, Nansen, and on-chain metrics to track user behavior and retention.
• Build dashboards to monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, engagement, conversion).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in crypto, Web3, or fintech.
• Proven experience managing performance campaigns on X, Google Ads, TikTok, or Web3-native platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (GA4, Notion, Airtable, Dune).
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin, Spanish, or other languages a plus.
• Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and RWA tokenization ecosystems preferred.
